I'm Michael Felipe and am deeply passionate about baking. I have plenty of experience in this field. I attented the Institute of Culinary Education in NYC and took Pastry & Baking as my major. I've worked in bakeries and also in WholeFoods in the Bakery Department. I've gained a great deal of understanding and realize baking to be my dream. I take extreme pride in my work, there's nothing like baking something and being able to share it with others. I really would like to offer something special and unique to the public.
I believe baking at home is the best baking can be. Unlike baked goods that are sold in supermarkets and in other stores, baking at home doesn't contain preservatives or additives. History of project
I've always wanted to have my own website where I can show everyone my creations. I must Thank my parents for giving me the opportunity to attend school, which helped mold me into what I am today. I wouldn't be able to be who I am without my family members who supported me. I really want other people to enjoy what I've made and experience what baking can be. It makes my passion for baking so more worth it and it makes me happy when people enjoy it. I only wish for others to be excited through my baked goods.
